want vs need

God gives you what you need, not what you want.

But in this case, I don’t need you nor want you. But you everytime I’m with you, I feel a certain sense of comfort, and strangely, complete.

I (selfishly) need that feeling to prolong even when you’re not around.

So, God, how now? (please?)
